Meet Request Form

Belgian d'Uccle & Booted Bantam Club Meet Request Form
ANYONE can submit a Meet request. You do not have to be a BDBB club Member or officer.

Once the Meet request has been received, the District Director is contacted to:
* Set the Meet with Show Officials and give them the necessary information for advertising in the show catalog
* Post the meet in the UPCOMING MEETS section of the website
* Be sure a meet report is completed and returned to the club
* Hand out awards, if applicable, at the show

Meet Requests MUST be submitted 60 days prior to the Show Date
and can only be set for ABA & APA sanctioned shows

This allows enough time for:
* Shows to advertise the Meet in their show catalog and on their website or social media page
* It gives the Show officials time to plan ahead to showcase the Meets at their show
* It gives exhibitors time to plan which shows they want to attend

It allows the District Directors time to:
* Contact and confirm the request with the host show
* Find someone to fill out the show report and hand out awards if they cannot be there
* Post it to the Upcoming Meets page and promote it on our social media pages
